ABOUT

A warm welcome!
My name is Ulrich Galladé, and I was born on my father's side into a family of art lovers who introduced me to the world of art from an early age. Early in my childhood, I was drawn to different places, and all the diverse impressions of my youth found expression in my paintings.
After an apprenticeship in a steel mill, I began to invest my acquired knowledge in the creation of modern design sculptures that reached up to 3 meters in height. During this time, I also financed my studies to become a graduate engineer by working in the workshop of the renowned artist Udo Nolte in Dortmund.
Meanwhile, I brought my own creative creations to flea markets, whether in the form of fashion clothing or industrial photography. I also had the unique opportunity to work as a tour photographer with music legends such as David Bowie.
My degree subject at Daimler AG enabled me to pursue my other great passion: the automobile. This love accompanied me throughout my professional career in various management positions and even as a touring racer in various racing series.

My creative mother started painting late, but she always encouraged me to follow my early creativity and finally take the path to art.

Today, my motto is: "Art is freedom from perfection." I believe that art, in its diversity and uniqueness, is a form of expression that cannot be bound by rules or standards. It allows us to express our innermost thoughts and feelings and to interpret the world in our own way.

I invite you to discover my artwork and join me on a journey through the world of creativity and freedom. Thank you for being here and I look forward to welcoming you to my artistic work.
